		"(1)  may only be issued to fund school

rehabilitation projects that are approved under                                
AS14.07.020(a)(11); and                                                        
		(2)  until July1, 1998, shall be allocated                                  
as follows:                                                                    
		(A)  $133,000,000 shall be                                                 
allocated to projects in a municipality with a                                 
population of 200,000 or more people;                                          
		(B)  $67,000,000 shall be allocated                                        
to projects in a municipality with a population of                             
at least 60,000, but less than 200,000 people;                                 
		(C)  $50,000,000 shall be allocated                                        
to projects in a municipality with less than                                   
60,000 people [$300,000,000]."                                               
	Insert "may only be issued to fund school construction,                     
additions to schools, or major school rehabilitation projects that             
are approved under AS14.07.020(a)(11) [$300,000,000]."
