Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption               
of the Finance Committee Letter of Intent offered on page 1641.                
Without objection, the Senate Letter of Intent was adopted.                    
                                                                               
Senator Little moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Letter of Intent No. 2 offered on page 1703.  Without                   
objection, the Senate Letter of Intent No. 2 was adopted.                      
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CS FOR SENATE BILL                     
NO. 7(FIN) am "An Act relating to grants for school construction,              
to reimbursement of school construction debt, and to school                    
construction bonds issued by the Alaska Municipal Bond Bank                    
Authority; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?"

the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date           
clause.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
