Senator Frank moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 7.                       
Without objection, Amendment No. 7 was adopted.

Senator Salo moved that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 7(FIN) am                       
be returned to second reading for rescinding action.  Senator Taylor           
objected.
