Full Journal pdf1993-04-23 Senate Journal Page 1704 SB 7 Senator Frank moved that CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 7(FIN) be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 7. Senator Duncan objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, the bill was returned to second reading. Senator Frank offered Amendment No. 7 : Page 2, lines 28 - 29: Delete "four other people selected by the commissioner who have the following qualifications" Insert "seven other people selected by the commissioner as follows" Page 3, line 4: Delete "and" Page 3, lines 5 - 6: Delete "have five years of experience in school or municipal facilities management" Insert "be employed by the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities; (5) one person shall be a nonvoting member and shall have five years of experience in city or borough school district facilities management; (6) one person shall be a nonvoting member and shall have five years of experience in municipal facilities management; and (7) one person shall be a nonvoting member and shall have five years of experience in regional educational attendance area facilities management" Page 3, after line 21: Insert a new subsection to read: "(d) The commissioner may not select a person to serve on the bond reimbursement and grant review committee under (a)(1) - (3) of this section if that person
