Senator Jacko moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in             
failing to pass CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 200(FIN) am.  Senators                  
Duncan, Donley objected, then withdrew their objections.  There                
being no further objections, the Senate rescinded its previous action.         
                                                                               
Senator Jacko moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                    
SENATE BILL NO. 200(FIN) am be returned to the Rules                           
Committee.  Without objection, it was so ordered.
