Senator Taylor moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" HJR 43 Senator Donley moved that the Senate take up the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 43 Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to the rights of victims of crimes and to criminal administration. Objections were heard.
