Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the                               
State of Alaska relating to the rights of victims of                           
crimes and to criminal administration.

Senator Taylor moved that the Senate adopt the Conference                      
Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT                              
RESOLUTION NO. 43.                                                             
                                                                               
Senator Pearce called the Senate on the entire daily order of                  
business.  The call was satisified.
