Senator Pearce, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                
the Finance Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE                       
JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 43(FIN) Proposing an amendment to the                     
Constitution of the State of Alaska relating to the rights of crime            
victims.  Without objection, it was so ordered.

Senator Rieger, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the              
Health, Education and Social Services Committee referral be waived             
on HOUSE BILL NO. 510 "An Act making appropriations to satisfy                 
the agreed-upon monetary terms of a collective bargaining agreement            
for certain employees of the University of Alaska; and providing for           
an effective date."  Without objection, it was so ordered.

Game Commercial Services Board; and providing for an effective
