Without objection, it was so ordered. HJR 49 Senator Taylor, Chair, moved that the Judiciary Committee referral be waived on CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 49(RES) Requesting the United States Department of the Interior to adopt regulations that give a narrow interpretation to certain definitions under the Oil Pollution Act of 1990 relating to evidence of financial responsibility that must be shown by offshore facilities. Senator Duncan objected. The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 49(RES) be waived from the Judiciary Committee?" CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 49(RES) was referred to the Rules Committee. HB 137 Senator Kerttula moved and asked unanimous consent that he be shown as a cross sponsor on CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 137(JUD) "An Act authorizing special medical parole for terminally ill prisoners." Without objection, it was so ordered.
