Senator Jacko moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in             
failing CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 264(FIN).                                        
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 264(FIN) and the rescinding motion be held to                   
the May 10 calendar.  Without objection, it was so ordered.

HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7 Relating to                                  
Alcohol-Related Birth Defects Awareness Week, was read the second              
time.                                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Health, Education and Social Services Senate Committee                  
Substitute offered on page 912.  Without objection, SENATE CS                  
FOR HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 7(HES) was

cross sponsors on the resolution.  Without objection, it was so
