permanent fund involving equity interests in and debt obligations              
secured by mortgages on real estate; and providing for an effective            
date" was read the second time.                                                
                                                                               
Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption              
of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 4015.               
Senator Adams objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being              
no further objections, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                            
373(FIN) was adopted.

time.                                                                          
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 373(FIN) be considered engrossed,                        
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.  Without                
objection, it was so ordered.
