The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHB 409(FIN) Third Reading - Final Passage YEAS: 12 NAYS: 8 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Donley, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Leman, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Sharp, Taylor, Zharoff Nays: Adams, Duncan, Ellis, Kerttula, Lincoln, Little, Rieger, Salo Adams changed from "Yea" to "Nay". and so, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 409(FIN) passed the Senate.
