Senator Adams objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objections, CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 392(FIN) am was returned to the Rules Committee. HB 450 HOUSE BILL NO. 450 "An Act relating to investment pools for public entities; and providing for an effective date" was read the second time. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that HOUSE BILL NO. 450 be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE BILL NO. 450 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 450 "An Act relating to investment pools for public entities; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?"
