Senator Adams moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 2.                       
Objections were heard.  Senator Adams moved and asked unanimous                
consent that Amendment No. 2 be withdrawn.  Senator Frank

Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE                   
CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 275(FIN) am S be considered                       
engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.              
Senator Jacko objected, then withdrew his objection.  There being no           
further objections, it was so ordered.
