Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the journal              
for the eighty-fifth legislative day be approved as certified by the           
Secretary.  Senator Duncan objected.  Senator Taylor moved and                 
asked unanimous consent that his motion be withdrawn.  Without
