Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Taylor gave notice of reconsideration. HB 196 SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 196 "An Act relating to the state employment preference for veterans and prisoners of war" was read the second time. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 196 be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Adams objected. The question being: "Shall SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 196 be advanced to third reading?" The roll was taken with the following result: SSHB 196 Advance from Second to Third Reading?
