The Secretary was requested to notify the House. SENATE BILL NO. 51 am H was referred to the Secretary for enrollment. HB 124 Message of May 11 was read stating, the House is returning SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 124(FIN) "An Act establishing capital project matching grant programs for municipalities and unincorporated communities; and providing for an effective date" at the request of the Senate. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 124(FIN) be held on the Secretary's Desk. Without objection, it was so ordered.
