There being no further objections, the effective date clause was adopted. Senator Ellis gave notice of reconsideration. HB 152 CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 152(JUD) "An Act relating to magistrate jurisdiction" was read the second time. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 152(JUD) be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 152(JUD) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 152(JUD) "An Act relating to magistrate jurisdiction" pass the Senate?" Senator Little gave notice of reconsideration.
