Senator Duncan called the Senate.  The call was satisfied.  Senator            
Duncan withdrew his objection.  There being no further objections,             
the effective date clause was adopted.

magistrate jurisdiction" was read the second time.                             
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 152(JUD) be advanced to third reading and                       
placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 152(JUD) was read the third time.
