Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 101(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 101(JUD) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 101(JUD) "An Act relating to the adoption of the National Electrical Code and the National Electrical Safety Code; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: SENATE CSHB 101(JUD) Third Reading - Final Passage Effective Date YEAS: 14 NAYS: 5 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Duncan, Frank, Halford, Jacko, Kelly, Leman, Little, Miller, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Sharp, Taylor, Zharoff Nays: Adams, Donley, Ellis, Kerttula, Lincoln Excused: Salo and so, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 101(JUD) passed the Senate. Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Adams gave notice of reconsideration.
