Relating to epidemiological and quarantine services                           
in ports of entry in the state.                                                
                                                                               
		Legislative Resolve No. 23                                                   
                                                                               
Letter of February 22 was read, requesting withdrawal of Mr. Elmo              
Kienbaum of Ketchikan for consideration of legislative confirmation            
to the Board of Barbers and Hairdressers.  Regrettably, Mr.                    
Kienbaum passed away on February 13, 1994.

commercial motor vehicle while intoxicated and the                             
offense of operating a motor vehicle, aircraft, or                             
watercraft while intoxicated; relating to presumptions                         
arising from the amount of alcohol in a person's                               
breath or blood; relating to chemical testing of a                             
person's breath; and providing for an effective date."

Affairs, Judiciary and Finance Committees.
