Senator Taylor moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                   
HOUSE BILL NO. 28(JUD) am be advanced to third reading and                     
placed on final passage.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 28(JUD) am was read the third time.                      
                                                                               
Senators Little, Pearce, Sharp, Salo, Donley, Leman, Kelly moved               
and asked unanimous consent that they be shown as cross sponsors               
on the bill.  Without objection, it was so ordered.                            
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 28(JUD)                      
am "An Act relating to the penalty for providing alcoholic beverages           
to a person under the age of 21; and providing for an effective date"
