The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate and respectfully request it to recede. In the event the Senate fails to recede from its amendment, the Speaker appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with a like committee from the Senate to consider the above bills: Representative James, Chair Representative Porter Representative Brown RECONSIDERATION SB 330 Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the reconsideration of the following be held until May 7, 1994: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 330(RLS) "An Act relating to water quality enhancement, water supply, wastewater, and solid waste grants; the Alaska clean water fund; the establishment of the Alaska clean water account, the Alaska drinking water fund, and the Alaska drinking water account; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered.
