Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 46(FIN) am H be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Objection was heard. The Speaker stated that HCS CSSB 46(FIN) am H will be in third reading on the next legislative day's calendar. SB 310 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the following be moved to the bottom of today's calendar: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 310(RES) "An Act relating to the management and sale of state timber and relating to the administration of forest land." Representative Therriault objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, it was so ordered. SB 316 The following was read the second time: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 316(RES) "An Act relating to commercial fishing penalties."
