Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that                 
CSSB 275(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading               
and placed on final passage.  There being no objection, it was so              
ordered.                                                                       
                                                                               
CSSB 275(JUD) was read the third time.
