In the event the House fails to recede, the President appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with a like committee from the House to consider the bills: Senator Taylor, Chair Senator Phillips Senator Little SB 242 am H is under Unfinished Business. FIRST READING AND REFERENCE OF SENATE BILLS SB 220 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 220(STA) by the Senate State Affairs Committee, entitled: "An Act amending schedule IA of the schedules of controlled substances applicable to offenses relating to controlled substances to add the drug methcathinone, commonly identified as `cat.'" was read the first time and referred to the State Affairs and Judiciary Committees. SB 266 CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 266(L&C) by the Senate Labor & Commerce Committee, entitled: "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Certified Direct-Entry Midwives." was read the first time and referred to the Health, Education & Social Services Committee.
