A message dated March 24, 1994, was read stating the Senate has                
failed to concur in the House amendment to SB 242, namely:                     
                                                                               
SENATE BILL NO. 242 am H                                                      
"An Act relating to office hours of state agencies."                          
                                                                               
and respectfully requests the House to recede from its amendment.              
                                                                               
In the event the House fails to recede, the President appointed the            
following members to a Conference Committee to meet with a like                
committee from the House to consider the bills:
