Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS             
CSSB 101(FIN)  be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading              
and placed on final passage.                                                   
                                                                               
Representative Ulmer objected.                                                 
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that HCS CSSB 101(FIN) will be in third reading
