The Speaker stated that, without objection, the House would recess until 1:00 p.m., and so, the House recessed at 12:32 p.m. AFTER RECESS The House was called back to order at 1:46 p.m. SECOND READING OF SENATE BILLS (continued) SB 101 Amendment No. 5 was not offered. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 101(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Ulmer objected. The Speaker stated that HCS CSSB 101(FIN) will be in third reading on the May 7, 1994, calendar. SB 256 The following was read the second time: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 256(TRA) "An Act relating to the tax on transfers and consumption of aviation fuel; and providing for an effective date."
