Amendment No. 4 was offered by Representative Brown: Page 1, line 14: Delete "The" Insert "Unless the department determines that the person would be subject to substantial hardship if assistance under this section is terminated, the" Page 2, line 4, after "determination": Insert ". If the department determines that the person would be subject to substantial hardship if assistance under this section is terminated, the department shall continue assistance under this section during subsequent appeals of the initial or subsequent determinations" Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 4 be adopted.
