Representative Mulder moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
amendment to Amendment No. 1 be adopted.  There being no                       
objection, the amendment to Amendment No. 1 was adopted.                       
                                                                               
There being no further objection to Amendment No. 1 as amended, it             
was adopted.
