And so, CSHB 367(JUD) am passed the House on reconsideration and was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment. HB 513 Representative Brown brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 513(STA) (page 3142). The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 513(STA) "An Act relating to financial assistance for certain owners or operators of underground petroleum storage tank systems; and providing for an effective date." Representative Brown moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 513(STA) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of rescinding previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 1 (page 3139). Representative Phillips objected.
