Representative Phillips rose to a point of order regarding debate in second reading. The Speaker stated the point was well taken. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 367(JUD) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Brown objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 367(JUD) was read the third time.
