Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Nordlund: Page 3, line 10, after "hobby": Insert "but does not include the transportation of the participant by plane, bus, boat, vessel, or other legally regulated mode of conveyance of the participant by the commercial operator" Representative Nordlund moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Hudson objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" B.Davis changed from "Nay" to "Yea". And so, Amendment No. 2 was not adopted.
