Full Journal pdf1993-05-11 House Journal Page 1901 AFTER RECESS The House was called back to order at 3:36 p.m. UNFINISHED BUSINESS HB 235 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1884) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 235(FIN) "An Act relating to educational programs and services for children with disabilities and other exceptional children and to persons with a handicap; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 235(HES) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 235(FIN), thus adopting SCS CSHB 235(HES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 235(FIN)?"
