The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 218(FSH)(efd am S) Concur YEAS: 21 NAYS: 19 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Barnes, Bunde, Finkelstein, Foster, Hanley, Hoffman, James, Kott, Larson, MacLean, Martin, Moses, Mulder, Parnell, Phillips, Porter, Sanders, Therriault, Toohey, Vezey, Williams Nays: Brice, Brown, Carney, Davidson, Davies, B.Davis, G.Davis, Green, Grussendorf, Hudson, Mackie, Menard, Navarre, Nicholia, Nordlund, Olberg, Sitton, Ulmer, Willis Phillips changed from "Nay" to "Yea". And so, the House concurred in the Senate amendment, but failed to adopt the effective date clauses and so the following was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 218(FSH)(efd fld) "An Act relating to the maximum length of salmon seine vessels. SB 190 The following, which was on today's calendar in second reading, was returned to the Rules Committee: CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 190(FIN) am "An Act relating to income withholding and other methods of enforcement for orders of support; relating to medical support orders; amending Alaska Rule of Civil Procedure 90.3(d); and providing for an effective date."
