Full Journal pdf1994-05-10 House Journal Page 4370 UNFINISHED BUSINESS HB 218 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 4369) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 218(FSH) "An Act relating to the maximum length of salmon seine vessels; and providing for an effective date." and CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 218(FSH)(efd am S) (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 218(FSH), thus adopting CSHB 218(FSH)(efd am S), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 218(FSH)?"
