Full Journal pdf1994-05-10 House Journal Page 4368 HB 254 Nays: Brown, Carney, Davidson, Davies, B.Davis, Finkelstein, Navarre, Nordlund, Parnell, Therriault, Willis And so, the House adopted the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report, thus adopting: CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 254 "An Act relating to open meetings of governmental bodies; and providing for an effective date." Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Chief Clerk was instructed to so notify the Senate. The Senate has adopted the Conference Committee with limited powers of free conference report (page 4696 of the Senate Journal). CCS HB 254 was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment and enrollment. The Speaker stated that, without objection the House would revert to: MESSAGES FROM THE SENATE HB 218 A message dated May 10, 1994, was read stating the Senate has passed: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 218(FSH) "An Act relating to the maximum length of salmon seine vessels; and providing for an effective date." with the following amendment and it is transmitted for consideration:
