RECONSIDERATION HB 218 Representative Mackie brought up reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 218(FSH) (page 1081): The following was again before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 218(FSH) "An Act relating to the maximum length of salmon seine vessels; and providing for an effective date." The Speaker placed a call of the House on the calendar. ***Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Navarre be excused from a call of the House today.
