Full Journal pdf1993-04-07 House Journal Page 1080 HB 218 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original bill: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 218(FSH) "An Act relating to the maximum length of salmon seine vessels; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 218(FSH) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Mackie objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, CSHB 218(FSH) was read the third time. Representative Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Mackie was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 218(FSH) pass the House?"
