The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 168(FIN) am Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 26 NAYS: 14 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Brice, Brown, Bunde, Carney, G.Davis, Foster, Grussendorf, Hanley, Hudson, James, Kott, Larson, Mackie, MacLean, Martin, Moses, Mulder, Nicholia, Olberg, Phillips, Porter, Sanders, Therriault, Toohey, Vezey, Williams Nays: Barnes, Davidson, Davies, B.Davis, Finkelstein, Green, Hoffman, Menard, Navarre, Nordlund, Parnell, Sitton, Ulmer, Willis Carney changed from "Nay" to "Yea".
