And so, Amendment No. 19 was adopted.                                          
                                                                               
Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that                 
CSHB 168(FIN) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third                    
reading and placed on final passage.                                           
                                                                               
Objections were heard.                                                         
                                                                               
The Speaker stated that CSHB 168(FIN) am would be in third reading
