Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the             
journal for the 50th and 51st legislative days be approved as certified        
by the Chief Clerk.  There being no objection, it was so ordered.

A message dated February 28, 1994, was read stating the Governor has           
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:

"An Act relating to the adoption of the National Electrical Code              
and the National Electrical Safety Code; and providing for an
