Pursuant to adjournment, the House was called to order by Speaker              
Barnes at 7:15 p.m.                                                            
                                                                               
                                                                               
Representatives Barnes, Carney, Grussendorf, James, Phillips, Martin,          
Navarre, Sitton and Ulmer were present for a technical session.                
                                                                               
                                                                               
The invocation was offered by the Chaplain Designee, Representative

A message dated May 12, 1994, was read stating the Governor has                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:
