Amendment No. 14 was offered by Representative Brice: Page 3, following line 25: Insert "(b) The state shall pay the deferred taxes to the municipalities under this section if the qualifying applicant sells, transfers, conveys, or bequeaths the property to a person who (1) is a member of the qualifying applicant's immediate family; (2) is an Alaskan resident as defined in AS 01.10.055; and (3) occupies the property as the primary residence and permanent abode. Renumber remaining subsection. Representative Brice moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 14 be adopted. Representative MacLean objected.
