There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Willis moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and Representative Willis was required to vote. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Willis and Carney: Page 3, line 19, after "deferral.": Insert "A municipality may charge interest not to exceed five percent a year upon taxes deferred under this section." Representative Willis moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Bunde objected.
