Objection was heard, and Representative Willis was required to vote. UNFINISHED BUSINESS HB 10 Representative Davidson moved and asked unanimous consent that the following be waived from the House Special Committee on Oil and Gas: 2d SPONSOR SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 10 "An Act making appropriations for restoration projects relating to the Exxon Valdez oil spill; and providing for an effective date." Objections were heard. The question being: "Shall 2d SSHB 10 be waived from the House Special Committee on Oil and Gas?"
