1993-05-11 House Journal Page 1898 HB 112 Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1656) on the following at this time: HOUSE BILL NO. 112 "An Act relating to limited partnerships; and providing for an effective date." and HOUSE BILL NO. 112 am S (same title) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Phillips moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 112, thus adopting HB 112 am S, and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to HB 112?"
