the use of the initiative to amend the Constitution of the State of            
Alaska by approval of two-thirds of the votes cast on the proposed

shown as a cosponsor on SENATE BILL NO. 1, "An Act relating                    
to retirement incentive programs for the public employees' retirement          
system, the teachers' retirement system, and certain persons under the         
judicial retirement system; and providing for an effective date."
