There being no further objections, CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 137(JUD) was returned to the Finance Committee with pending Amendment No. 1. UNFINISHED BUSINESS SB 266 Senator Pearce, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that the Finance Committee referral be waived on SENATE BILL NO. 266 "An Act extending the termination date of the Board of Certified Direct-Entry Midwives; relating to the scope of practice of certified direct-entry midwives; and providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered. SENATE BILL NO. 266 was referred to the Rules Committee. Senator Kelly moved and asked unanimous consent that he be excused from a call of the Senate from March 17 through March 18. Without objection, Senator Kelly was excused. Senator Adams moved and asked unanimous consent that he be excused from a call of the Senate from 12:00 p.m., March 29 to plane time, April 4. Without objection, Senator Adams was excused.
