01 Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State                                         
02 Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 60, relating to the licensing of runaway shelters;                               
03 relating to advisors to the board of trustees of the Alaska Mental Health Trust                                         
04 Authority; relating to the sharing of confidential health information between the                                       
05 Department of Health and the Department of Family and Community Services; and                                           
06 relating to the duties of the Department of Health and the Department of Family and                                     
07 Community Services.                                                                                                     
08 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                               
09 That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of                                    
10 Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding                             
11 changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 60, relating to                        
12 the licensing of runaway shelters; relating to advisors to the board of trustees of the Alaska                          
13 Mental Health Trust Authority; relating to the sharing of confidential health information                               
14 between the Department of Health and the Department of Family and Community Services;
