00 SENATE BILL NO. 210 01 "An Act relating to salmon hatchery permits; and authorizing the sale of salmon to 02 permitted persons for stocking lakes." 03 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 04 * Section 1. AS 16.10.420 is amended by adding a new subsection to read: 05 (b) Notwithstanding (a) of this section, nothing in a permit issued to a 06 hatchery operator may prohibit the sale of salmon by a hatchery to a person permitted 07 under AS 16.05.671 for the purpose of stocking lakes in the state.
