01 "An Act naming the Marvin Thurmond Galena Maintenance and Operation Station."                                           
02 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:                                                                
03    * Section 1. AS 35.40 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                
04            Sec. 35.40.405. Marvin Thurmond Galena Maintenance and Operation                                           
05       Station. The maintenance and operation station of the department in Galena is named                             
06       the Marvin Thurmond Galena Maintenance and Operation Station.                                                     
07    * Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to                          
08 read:                                                                                                                   
09       METHOD OF NAMING. The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities                                          
10 shall implement AS 35.40.405, added by sec. 1 of this Act, at the time of its choosing and                              
11 using a method that does not impose an additional cost to the state.
